I am Caitlin, and I am the Software Development Manager for Diesel Laptops. I've worked for those huge companies where you ask for help or a new feature in the software, and it either gets lost in a pile somewhere or is completely stripped of all humanity by the time someone actually sees the request. That's not how we do things at Diesel Laptops. When you ask for something on the forums, I personally will look at it. You won't get lost in the shuffle, you won't become a ticket number, you'll be treated like a real human. The way it should be.
