Customer had a 700K John Deere Dozer, but could not connect to the machine or engine. They kept receiving communication problems. Our tech support team remoted into the clients computer so we could assist.
With TEXA, it remembers your default
cable that you selected previously to connect to a vehicle. In this case, the client had improperly selected the T16 cable. The software doesn't make it super obvious on what is going on here, so here are the steps you should do to troubleshoot this. I've attached screen shots to assist.
1) Click on the Film Strip icon
2) Click on the Gear/Settings icon
3) Click on the 3905786

You should very rarely use the T16 on John Deere engine diagnostics.
